A Death Cafe is where people, usually strangers, gather to drink coffee (or tea), eat cake, and discuss death.
Our main goal is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'.
It is group directed discussion regarding death, and usually has no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a counselling session or grief support.
